Genie’s Therapeutics is more than a wholesaler, we are a partner. When you decide to partner up with Genie’s Therapeutics, we start an entire onboarding process that includes excellent customer support from the moment you order, to the final point of sale.
No order is too big or too small to initiate Genie’s Therapeutics’ onboarding experience. It begins with having your own personal sales associate assigned to you and your account. You will have direct contact information for immediate communication with your sales associate, should it be needed. Your sales associate will open your account by sending you a Genie’s Therapeutics’ Welcome Package. and will stay in stay in touch with you until you receive your Welcome Package and your product order. Following the arrival of your Genie’s Therapeutics’ order, your sales associate will work with you and your employees to set up some CBD, CBDA, and CBG product training.
The Genie’s Therapeutics’ Welcome Package
Upon your first order, you will receive a welcome package, and it contains all kinds of “treats” to assist you with sales and marketing around your shop. In the welcome package, you will receive a mock-up of the ordered product. This will provide the opportunity to display the mock-up, in lieu of the actual product, in any area of your shop. You will also receive educational brochures that can be distributed to your customers for product education. There will also be some fun items for you and your employees in order to thank you for becoming a part of the Genie’s Therapeutics’ family.
Training and Education
We pride ourselves on educating both our and your customers. Some of that education is going to come directly from you or your employees though. So as part of your onboarding, you and your employees will have every opportunity to receive product-specific training, as well as the latest information on CBD, CBDA, and CBG as it pertains to the industry. This training can either be live via webcam or from previously recorded education materials. Either way though, the training is conducted by an in-house, Genie’s Therapeutics’ Hemp-Certified Veterinary Professional.
Of course, we never want to leave you, your employees, or your customers with unanswered questions, that is why we offer direct communication with our Hemp-Certified Veterinary Professionals through Genie’s Therapeutics’ Concierge Program. Our Concierge Program allows customers to call or email with questions to be answered directly by our Hemp-Certified Veterinary Professionals.
After the Sale
Even after your onboarding is complete, you can count on continued customer Service from Genie’s Therapeutics. Whether it’s your sales associate following up with you to ensure that you are seeing those new, and reoccurring revenue streams, or an employee getting a specific question answered by one of our Hemp-Certified Veterinary Professionals, we assure you that we will be here for you every paw-print of the way.
